Basic - Greetings
Visitors to Russia often have the impression that Russians are unfriendly. People don't smile or make eye contact on the street or in stores, and they don't say 'Hello' to strangers. But foreigners who get to know Russians personally discover that they are warm and hospitable. They invite strangers to visit them at home and go out of their way to entertain them.
If you want to make a good impression on a Russian , you learn a few basic Russian expressions. This lesson will help you learn a few common Russian greetings.
